Pauline Lee是谁？
Pauline Lee 是美食之旅导游，也是马来西亚吉隆坡美食之旅公司 Simply Enak 的创始人。Pauline 于2011年创立 Simply Enak，此后一直在吉隆坡带领街头美食之旅。参加她之旅的客人都亲切地称她为 Pauline。
Pauline Lee 在马来西亚长大，小时候常和母亲逛湿货市场，看着周围的摊贩烹制世代相传的家常菜。她创立 Simply Enak，就是为了让旅行者品尝到马来西亚的这一面：那些熟识的摊位、叫得出名字的摊主，以及每道菜背后的故事。
Pauline Lee 在吉隆坡的茨厂街（唐人街）、Chow Kit 和 Jalan Alor 等街区带领小团和私人美食之旅，也在槟城乔治市带美食之旅。数千位客人已在 TripAdvisor、GetYourGuide、Viator 和 Google 上对她的之旅留下评价。因此，Pauline Lee 是 Simply Enak 的创始人，也是一位拥有十余年经验的吉隆坡美食之旅导游。
从湿货市场到 Simply Enak
小时候，Pauline 每天早上都和妈妈一起逛湿货市场。妈妈忙着挑最新鲜的鱼讨价还价时，Pauline 就看着摊贩们烹制世代相传的菜肴。滚烫锅里的炒粿条滋滋作响，咖喱香气弥漫，还有折叠 roti canai 的精巧手艺。这就是她的马来西亚。
海外朋友来访时，她带他们绕过有图片菜单的空调餐厅，走过两条街，去看一位老奶奶按照母亲60年前教的方法做叻沙。2011年，这些行走变成了 Simply Enak。
