How quickly do you respond?
We reply within 3 hours during business hours (9am–8pm Malaysia time). On WhatsApp, it's usually within minutes.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead so we can confirm availability with our vendors. For last-minute requests, WhatsApp is your best bet.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, allergies. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure every stop works for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Private tours: 72+ hours = RM 50 fee only (full refund minus fee). 72–24 hours = 50% charge + RM 50 fee. Within 24 hours or no-show = full charge. Join-in tours: Same policy but 24-hour window applies.
