Gerai yang kami kunjungi dijalankan oleh orang yang telah kami kenali selama lebih sedekad. Kak Fatimah telah membuat roti jala di tempat yang sama selama 40 tahun. Resipi char kway teow Wah Kim berasal daripada bapanya. Mereka bukan peniaga yang diupah - mereka adalah sebab kami memulakan pusingan ini.
